We currently ship orders within the United States only.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  

   

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  
  

   

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping Rate: Flat rate of $6.95 for Standard and Flat rate $4.90 for Economy on all orders.

   

• Estimated delivery time: Standard 3-4 days after dispatch, Economy 5-8 days.
• Free shipping may apply order over $150 (see banners or checkout for updates).
  
  

   

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays & Missing Packages

While we work closely with trusted carriers, delays can occasionally occur due to weather or carrier issues. If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact us at support@gloupgoddess.com, and we’ll help investigate.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly your satisfaction is our priority.
